Our story

Samaan was born from a simple observation: Pakistan's 2+ million Dukaandar power 80% of the country's retail, yet they operate with tools from the 1980s. Paper ledgers, phone-call orders, and a supply chain built on trust, but zero technology.

Our team has built products at companies like Careem, Daraz, and foodpanda. We know what it takes to move a market. And we saw that nobody was building for the Dukaandar retailer, the entrepreneur who opens at 6 AM, knows every customer by name, and extends credit when times are tough.

Samaan launched in early 2026. We now Going to serve thousands of Dukaandar across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with plans to reach every major city in Pakistan by 2028.
